City of Boston Credit Union Workers Approve Contract!

CWA Local 1400 members overwhelmingly approved a 5-year contract with City of Boston Credit Union.

The new contract will be in effect July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023.

Highlights of this agreement are:

* Quality healthcare maintained with no premium increases

* Guaranteed wage increases of 3% in 2018, 2.5% in 2019 and 2% 2020 with a wage reopener in 2021 and 2022

* New Short-Term Disability Option

* Updated Holiday and Vacation language changed to accommodate multiple branches (Old language only spoke to 1 branch)
