2022 BARGAINING UPDATES:


CWA Local 1400/Evoque Members:


CWA Telecommunications and Technologies is pleased to announce a tentative agreement has been reached with EVOQUE for a new three (3) year contract. The tentative agreement is the result of months of negotiations.


The CWA bargaining team has produced an agreement that improves wages, benefits, job security and working conditions for the hard-working CWA members employed at EVOQUE.


Highlights of the Agreement include:

• Annual GWI: 2% / 2.5% / 3% wages, retroactive to 1/1/22

• $1,000.00 ratification bonus

• Increased On-Call Payment by $5 (retro to effective date May 15, 2022)

• Established a new security differential of $10.00 per day (retro to effective date)

• One percent (1%) pension increase each year of the agreement (retro to effective date)

• Established language securing company match to 401k @ 80%

• Improved holidays selection to include Juneteenth and diversity days

• No Changes to plan design, no premium increases in 2022 and limited premium increase

to 5% in 2023, 5% in 2024
